ABTA Lifeline, set up in 1988 helps people in the travel industry when they need it the most, offering financial grants to those in need. Over the last 30 years ABTA Lifeline has helped over 800 families awarding grants in total in excess of £1 million.

Having worked in the travel industry most of my working life I have worked with ABTA Lifeline to raise vital funds and I have also been on the receiving end of financial support when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and unable to work for a period of time. The work of ABTA Lifeline is life changing and really helps alleviate the financial burden for those that are going through difficult times.

I am not a competitive runner so this is a first for me and any support will help me push through to the finishing line.
