My Story

About us

Penny and I have decided to take part in this year's Vitality 10k run, raising money for the Connections Bus Project. Daisy visits the youth bus each week, enabling her to meet up with friends she no longer goes to school with, it's a wonderful free service for children of secondary school age. It gives Daisy an independent and safe way for her to stay in touch and have fun with these friends. We are so lucky to have this bus come to Cottenham. 

For me, running 10K is a serious challenge!!! Finding the time to train is even more of a challenge but I'm determined to give it my all and hope I make it round!

The 10K route taking in many of the capital's most iconic landmarks - culminating with a finish in front of Buckingham Palace.
